Darlus grew up with dogs all her life....her and her mother
bred Doberman Pinschers.
Then one day Darlus' Mother gave her a Boston
Terrier for her 6th birthday.
Tika was Darlus' constant companion. She was a true Boston Terrier
they were best of friends.

Darlus and Charlie met in 1984 and by February of 1985 were a couple.
They always had dogs.
Candice was born in 1991 and started Darlus thinking about
having a Boston in the family.
We had a Cocker Spaniel and Miniature Pinchers at the time, It took Darlus
about 7 years to
convince Charlie a Boston would make Candice the best pet she
could ever have.
One day when Candice was about 9 years old Darlus brought up the
idea of getting a Show
Boston Terrier. We thought Showing Dogs would be a
fun family hobby we can all do together.
It took us about 2 years to get our first Boston (Satine),
Love at first sight for all of us...

At first I wasn't to sure about showing, but when I
walked in that ring and got started showing
I just loved it! I think that I will be in the sport of dogs for
the rest of my life.

This is Our first Junior show.

I have had a successful career in junior showmanship I
have gone to Westminster ever year I have compete as well as staying #1 in Boston's
and in the top 10 non-sporting dogs for jrs. Throughout jrs I have showed and
finished plenty of Boston's of ours and other breeders and I would like to
thank them for trusting in me enough to love and care for there dogs. As I
would also like to thank Bob and Eleanor Candland for allowing us to purchase
Candy and supporting us with her. Another important person that I would like
to thank is Elizabeth Farris she done so much for me and my family. All of
this would not be possible if it wasn't for my parents constant love and
support I thank them so much for believing I can do anything I set my mind or
heart to. They have always been there for me and as I start out on my new journey
in life I always know they will be there with open arms if I ever need them.
With all of this said I believe I am ready to take on the world and of course
continue to show dogs they are my passion and I will always have a special
place in my heart for them.
